Noelle is a queer New York City artist based in Brooklyn. Her work is mainly illustrative and gravitates toward floral and nature based imagery, as well as the art nouveau and Victorian styles.

She studied classical music in college and performed opera before she pursued her other passion, tattooing. She loves to travel and write poetry. You can find her listening to audio books and munching on her world renown banana bread while she is working on your designs.

Noelle believes that tattooing can be an intimate, healing experience and will always strive to create an environment that is welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. She tattoos all skin tones and all bodies.
